Anna is a Shared Services Executive Director with over 20-year experience in BPO/SSC industry. In the years of 2002-2008 Anna ran her own outsourcing firm providing finance, accounting, tax and administrative services for small and mid-size companies. Between 2009 and 2013 Anna worked as the Manager in the Business Process Outsourcing department of Itella Information delivering F&A and IT solutions for European customers; she was also responsible for the business development in Europe. In 2013 Anna started her experience in Shared Services sector and since then successfully established start-ups in Poland for American and European corporations. Since 2018 Anna has been the Managing Director and the Board Member in Schaeffler group responsible for the Global Services Europe with its location in Wroclaw, Poland. In parallel, Anna contributed to the Mentoring Program of EY, Foundation ?Pomiędzy?, Kongres Kobiet organization, being a member of the Advisory Board, and implemented the first edition of Mentoring Walk in Wroclaw by Vital Voices Chapter Poland. As a recognized industry expert, Anna has published several business services articles and given speeches at multiple BPO/SSC conferences in Barcelona, Budapest, Poznan and Warsaw.
Pawel is an expert in the field of business services sectors with experience from both sides of the investment process. In the years 2002 ? 2007 Pawel has worked very closely with the Mayor of Wroclaw in the field of supporting investors opening new factories and business service centers. Between 2008 and 2012 Pawel worked as the Manager in the Business Advisory Services department of EY, conducting negotiations with investors choosing the location or looking for support in early stages of the projects. In 2009, together with the ABSL Founding Members, he supported creation of ABSL and served as Advisor to the Management Board. Since 2012 Pawel has been working full time as the ABSL Managing Director. In the last 5 years he, among others, defined and created the 7 ABSL local chapters, supervised cooperation with ABSL strategic Partners in key fields of sector?s growth, supervised business development activities supporting ABSL projects including Annual and International Conferences and recently enlarged the organization with one more local chapter in Szczecin.
Piotr Dziwok has been the Country Chairman of Shell Companies in Poland since 2011. He joined Shell in 1994 and since then has held various positions at both regional and global levels. Piotr led Shell Chemicals in the CEE and CIS regions and was Shell Chemicals Sales Director for Latin America and a Board Member for Shell Brazil. Piotr was also responsible for global CVP and driving change in Shell Global Fuel Cards. Piotr contributed to setting up Shell Business Operations Krakow and was its General Manager for 6 years. In May 2017, he became General Manager of the Contracting and Procurement Operations Delivery Center while continuing to serve as Chairman of Shell Companies in Shell Poland. For many years, Piotr has been an active member of the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL), a leading organization representing the modern business services sector in Poland. Since 2016, he has held the position of Vice President & Member of the Board of Directors. In 2017, he was elected Chairman of the ABSL Strategic Board. Piotr Dziwok graduated from the Moscow State Automobile and Road Technical Institute, the Cracow University of Economics, and the University of Economics in Katowice. Piotr also received an MBA from the Carlson School of Minnesota.
Sebastian Drzewiecki is a management strategist. For 15 years, he has been managing teams and the development of large organizations in the field of new technologies. He has developed companies from 240 to 700 employees and is currently the managing director in Sabre, where he manages the work of a 1500-person center. Sebastian is also an initiator and involved member of projects related to building social capital. Active in organizations supporting the development of young people and future leaders, such as Technology in a skirt, Mentoring Walk, LeadersIN and ABSL. For his commitment and engagement in diversity agenda he received an award 'Male Champion of Change'. After hours, he implements his original project "Modern Leader" - a podcast addressed to managers who want to be effective and inspiring leaders. Together with guests, he talks about proven, specific solutions and methods used by management practitioners.

Scott Newman is executive vice president, and country head of State Street Bank International GmbH Poland. In this role, Scott is responsible for leading the local management team, defining and executing the strategy, business development and legal entity governance. State Street Poland was established in November 2007 and has since grown exponentially providing investment fund accounting and a full range of back and middle office products and services supporting all business lines of State Street and employing 15% of the global workforce. Prior to transferring to Poland, Scott was based in Munich where he led the research and setup of the new office in Krakow as well as holding relationship and project management roles. Scott joined State Street in 2003 through the acquisition of Deutsche Bank?s global custody business at which time he was based in Frankfurt, and worked extensively on the aforementioned acquisition and integration. At Deutsche Bank, Scott held roles in custody client service, product development and PMO. He holds a bachelor of arts in business administration and is fluent in German and conversational in Polish.
Agnieszka Orłowska joined Olympus in 2018 and is the Managing Director and President of the Management Board of Olympus Business Services organization with its Business Center located in Wroclaw, Poland. Agnieszka has over 20 years of professional experience in various international companies like Google, Hewlett-Packard, WABCO, Skanska in the area of business services operations management, customer experience, HR, marketing and finance. She is certified Six Sigma Green Belt. Expertise area: operations management, customer experience, marketing, human resources management, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and client engagement. Responsible for multiple regional and global business and technology transformations including major organization redesigns. In charge of building and running the second largest IT centre in the P&G world located in Warsaw, Poland. Responsible for vital business services and solutions including BI, analytics, master data, direct to consumer solutions and planning capabilities. One of ABSL Founders. Wojciech Popławski is Managing Director at Accenture. He is a member of the European sales and accounts leadership team. Over the last 20 years, he gained knowledge and experience by leading major international BPO and GBS programs. In his role as Vice President at ABSL, he defines and supports the execution of Business Intelligence and Thought Leadership Strategy.
